VISION :
To have a society that is economically and socially developed and literate in information technology.

MISSION :
To ensure that basic good education in social, capacity building, economic development and information technology is provided at affordable fees to low-income people without discrimination of and kind.

REGISTRATION
AGAPE LEARNING CENTER is a non-governmental and not-for-making profit organization registered under Tanzania Laws with a Certificate of Incorporation No: 49549 dated 21st day of July, 2004.
VETA
Agape Learning Center is registered under VETA with Reg. No: VTC-2007/425.

HOW :
1. By training rural local community through seminars and workshops in their basic constitutional and legal
    rights and economic development 2. By training the community in computer literacy.
3. By providing computer literacy to to schoolteachers who in turn are expected to impart the same
    knowledge to their students.
4. By training the community in entrepreneurship and how to establish and manage small businesses with
     an aim to alleviate poverty among them. This includes animal husbandry, farming, horticulture,
     aquaculture, beekeeping, etc.    
5.  By training the community in cooperative movement and how to form, establish and manage savings and
     credit primary cooperative societies, or the importance of joining one where already formed and it is in
     existence.
6. By equipping women basic knowledge of their rights in the marriage law and in the land law. Also training
    them in capacity building.
7.  By providing training at affordable costs in use of the Internet services.
8.  By providing training in office practice/supervision and secretarial services.
9.  By conducting seminars and training workshops in micro-enterprises and health (HIV/AIDS awareness,
     counseling, and home-based care).


THE PURPOSE OF THE CENTER
Not for profit:
1. It has a children’s center (Montessori kindergarten)
2. It trains youths for their future life
3. It trains in computer literacy, repairs and maintenance.
4. It has Internet services that gives access to the cyber space communication for the surrounding community.
5. It operates a secretarial bureau..

OBJECTIVES:
(a) To reach /win young people by giving them the opportunity for furthering their knowledge e.g. in establishing and managing small businesses.
(b) To give the knowledge/skills that will cover broad aspect by using computer applications.
(c) To further education by providing tuition for those who are prepared to re-sit their exams at O-levels, A-levels and national vocational examinations.
(d) To alleviate poverty by providing skill knowledge and profession in economic ventures.
(e) To give opportunities to young people to use their time worth while e.g. fill the gap by valuing the time and create a sustainable (affordable) environment that will merge them with the rest of the world through Internet.
(f) To give the community chance to have possibility accesses the cyber space in order to be giant leap leaning and development
(g) To have in-services training for kindergarten teachers. 
(h) To conduct seminars in Gender issues, capacity building, micro-economic entrepreneurship, caring about the environment and awareness in HIV/AIDS.
(i) Training for future i.e. teaching the skills that encourage participation in economic ventures by defining and facing issues that are the challenge on life so that people make decision for future career/development.
(j) To learn and define the optimism so as to become optimist in life.
(k) To provide training that leads to the award of either Certificate, or Diploma in Information technology, or in Computer Maintenance and Repair.
(l) To look for scholarship and training fund support from donor agencies within and outside the country.
(m) To help those who are in need and desperate for education/skills/ professional especially orphans and the HIV /AIDS victims.
(n) To provide language course/classes e.g. English, French, Germany, Spanish, etc.
(o) To recruit and export Swahili Language teachers to foreign countries/institutions which are in need of Swahili Language teachers.
